Credit rating agency — S&P Global Ratings has affirmed ICICI Bank’s long-term rating at ‘BBB-‘ and short-term issuer credit rating at ‘A-3’. Credit rating agency has revised the rating outlook on ICICI Bank to stable from negative on grounds that the lender will benefit from the sale of stake in subsidiaries.
